As a mindfulness teacher I want to help people to learn how to apply Mindfulness through Movement in their daily lives.

Mindfulness has many benefits, including reducing stress, improving health, well-being and happiness. It doesn't involve any special equipment, you can do it anywhere, and it doesn't cost you anything to practice.

Being a human being is a challenging journey at times, and mindfulness can make the path smoother, and help you ride through those tough moments.

My goal is to introduce you to the skills of mindfulness, as someone once did for me. I'll help you to become familiar, guide you through those early days of practice until you can work with mindfulness on your own.

Then if you want to go further, I'll support you with making your own good mindfulness habits.

I'll also explain, in an easy to understand way, the science behind mindfulness. While you don't need to know this, it does help you to make sense of what's happening, so you're more likely to keep working with mindfulness and grow your experience.

Mindfulness is an incredibly positive skill and everyone can benefit from it. Part of being a mindfulness teacher is spreading experience of mindfulness to people who can then pass it forward to yet more people. It's been passed on in this way, in many places across the world, for thousands of years.
